In these work-outs players will have the unique Opportunity to become a complete player at their desired position. Instructors are experts at their position and will teach players the mental and physical aspect of the role in the positions. We do have girls and boys classes together but separated according to gender groups. These classes are unique and clearly the best this region has to offer for position expertise.
